Pictures Are Fixed!! (Vacation Part Two)

Every year the ocean and sand look different.  This year, the colors reminded me of pictures I have seen of the Caribbean.  The water was blue, blue and the sand was coral colored.

Emma has her permanent teeth now!  It is so hard to get used to her new smile! She's growing up!

The kids swam all the time and ate like horses.  Reese came back having lost three pounds!! I guess he was burning a ton of calories!

There is nothing prettier than a sunrise over the ocean!

We found some gluten free cones at the beach.  We love to sit out on the balcony and eat ice cream. 

One day there was a rainbow over the beach.  Only when I saw the picture on the computer did I notice the double rainbow.  It is faint, but you can still make it out.

I taught Emma how to do needlepoint while we were there.  She was super excited and did a really good job.  You can find kits for kids at AC Moore.

Reese said to me, "You know how time at home goes fast and it seems like time at the beach is in slow motion?"  I said, "Why, are you bored, buddy?"  He replied, "No, I like it in slow motion."  I guess we all needed some rest and relaxation!

Rain clouds are moving in! I think it is so weird how the clouds color the ocean.  The water looks black here.
